TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:

The automatic hand dryer for wall installation with a 150 mm deep niche panelling for drying and collecting dripping water is made of stainless steel CrNi 18/10 (1.4301) in all-round welded construction. The outer surfaces are matt brushed. The cover is 1.2 mm thick and has a projection of 51 mm from the wall. All welded corners are fixed to the enclosure with vandal-proof screws. The aligned air nozzles prevent water from splashing onto the floor or the user when using the dryer. The niche cladding of the hand dryer is equipped with a water-absorbing ceramic surface to collect and evaporate water. The fan housings are made of a fire-retardant, black moulded plastic. The motor used is a universal motor with 100 W mounted on buffers and an integrated overheating protection switch. The heating elements are located on the outlet side of the fan, heat the air evenly, are protected against vandalism and have an automatically triggering overheating protection switch. The dryer switches off automatically when the hands are removed. The LED light flashes green when the dryer is ready, glows solid green when the dryer is running and glows solid red when the dryer is not ready. The appliance is CE marked and cULus listed. With a sound level of 70 dBA, the hand dryer is also very quiet.

MATERIALS:

Housing - Robust stainless steel CrNi 18/10 (1.4301). Welded construction. The outer surfaces are matt brushed.

Cover - Robust stainless steel CrNi 18/10 (1.4301), 1.2 mm, with a projection of 51 mm from the wall. Corners are welded for high stability. Equipped with inlets on the sides. Fastened to the enclosure with two vandal-proof screws.

Hand dryer niche panelling - 250 mm (H) x 255 mm (W) x 150 mm (D), curved back with a water-absorbing ceramic surface to catch and evaporate excess water.

Motor/Fan - Thermally protected, universal motor design with 1/7 hp, 8000 rpm on a spring-loaded bearing.

Heating element - Heating element made of chrome-nickel heating wire on mica, protected by integrated overheating protection switch. Heats the air evenly and protected from vandalism.

Electronic control - Activation sensor mounted on the cover. The infrared sensor is equipped with an LED light. This flashes green when the dryer is ready for use; lights up green when the dryer is in use; and lights up red when the dryer is not ready for use.

Air outlet - Black plastic air nozzle design attached to the dryer
