Not welded at the end, but closes with a black plastic piece.
Made of stainless steel, satin finish.
The wall mounting plate is round-welded and covered with a cover rosette.
The holder is robust and vandal-proof.
Mounting material (8mm dowels / 6 mm screws) are included in the delivery.
